Refund and Cancellation policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for any service you have purchased through our platform. We at VCODEZ  are committed to providing transparent and fair policies to ensure client and learner satisfaction.

General Policy

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order.
  2. Any cancellation or refund request made after 48 hours will not be eligible for consideration.
  3. In case of any refunds approved by SISTECHWORK Private Limited, the refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original mode of payment within 7 working days.
  4. Refunds are subject to verification of the purchase, payment details, and approval by the company’s accounts and management team.

Product Development Services Refund Policy

  1. For all project-based services (including software development, web, mobile, AI/ML, and cloud projects), refunds will be considered only if the project has not yet entered the design or development phase.
  2. Once the project plan, resource allocation, or deliverable phase has commenced, no refund will be applicable.
  3. If the client decides to discontinue the project mid-way, they are liable to pay for the work completed up to that point.
  4. Any advance or deposit amount paid towards project initiation is non-refundable once the project scope has been approved.
  5. VCODEZ reserves the right to cancel or postpone projects under special circumstances (technical limitations, unforeseen challenges, etc.), in which case a proportionate refund may be processed after management review.

Tech Launch Program with Internship Training Refund Policy

  1. Refund requests will be accepted only within 48 hours of enrollment and before the batch commencement.
  2. Once the program has started, no refund or cancellation will be permitted under any circumstances.
  3. If a participant fails to attend the program or complete the sessions, the fee will remain non-refundable.
  4. Refund initiation is subject to approval from the management and will be considered only for valid and verified reasons.
  5. In exceptional cases, such as program cancellation from our end or unforeseen scheduling issues, VCODEZ reserves the right to process a partial or full refund at its discretion.
  6. All refund requests must be sent via email to support@vcodez.com, along with valid payment proof and registration details.
